(i.e. Toyota, Coca-Cola, etc.)
A: No, we will not. We will be seeking donations from individuals
that believe in "The Dream" who will give through
their personal funds, small businesses or perhaps through such
avenues as Trust Funds or Foundations.
Q: What is the size and cost of the project?
A: The building will be approximately 80,000 sq. ft. on a 4-5
acre parcel.
Considering the variables, the cost of the project could range
anywhere between 18-25 million dollars (see general information)
Q: How can the congregation help?
A: Please direct any questions and/or feedback to the board
for consideration (victoryfellowshp@aol.com)
Above all, please pray that the Lord would continue to prepare
us all as we move forward
Q: What will the congregations responsibilities be in regards
to The Dream?
A: Victory's financial responsibility ($500,000) will be raised
outside of regular church tithes/offerrings. The congregation
will be encouraged to support Victory through your prayers,
tithes/offerings, attendance, service in ministry and being
involved with the people of our church and community. TBD roles
in supporting new congregants will also be discussed and communicated
Q: Can we go forward with this Kingdom Venture considering
we still don't have an Associate Pastor?

accomplished.

More opportunities for Invitation
More Personal Contacts with community
Establish relationships of care, acceptance, trust and unconditional
love

context you're in
Share the Gospel
Disciple
Q: Don't we need a plan to create the infra-structure to
minister to those who walk through our doors?
A: Yes we do! We are currently taking some steps. For example
we had a meeting with the ministry leaders to discuss this very
concern and we will continue to address this area in the coming
years.
Q: Is the Dream replacing or in addition to any other goals
for the church?
A: This is a means for realizing our purposes, goals and visions.
Q: What has God put in place already that tells us to do
more? Have we produced fruit
say in T3?
A: God instructs us to be faithful/obedient to what He calls
us to do in a given context.
Each context is different and warrants sensitivity and God's
leading
Planting seeds and watering is a part of that process (I Cor.
3:5-9)
Our job is to do what we believe God calls us to do
God's Spirit will do the "convicting" (John 16:8)
Fruit isn't just people coming to church and receiving Christ
Through T3 we have built relationships with hundreds of families
and thousands of lives
Through T3 we have developed trust with individuals, families
and the community
Through T3 we have shared our faith
Through T3 we have shared how faith intersects with real life
Through T3 we have invited people to church
Through T3 we have reflected and represented Jesus to the world
Through T3 we have shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ
Through T3 we have gained the credibility, built the interest/excitement
throughout the entire South Bay
Note: T3 filled up in 1 1/2 weeks this year
With our
new facilities we could accommodate and reach out to all the
families and beyond that would like to join our league!
Q: Are there similar projects that we can learn from?
A: Yes, once the project is approved by the Board , the Dream
Team will look into similar projects.
Q: Is there an overall plan/prospectus?
A: Yes. A general plan has been developed and a prospectus is
being developed that will be presented to prospective donors.
Q: Are we going to have a building fund campaign like we
did the last time?
A: Not a formal campaign, but the church will be asked to give
one time gifts in order to reach a particular goal amount. (see
question above)
